Daily Self-Care Checklist

  • Got outside. Soak up sun in the am. Give gratitude for one thing.

  • Eat whole foods including fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, grass fed meats and wild caught fish.

  • Drink loose leaf herbal tea. St. Johns wort & lemon balm help lift the wintertime blues.

  • Water, tea, water, tea, water. Drink ½ your body weight in ounces of water.

  • Get between 7-8 hours of sleep. Make it a self-care ritual. Do not sleep with your phone/ devices.

  • Continually come back to your breath throughout the day for support and relief. Breathing in 1,2,3 and breathing out 1,2,3,4

  • One act of self-love and compassion.

  • Fill a room with good smells.

  • Learn something new and useful.

  • Practice being present. Notice where your mind wanders.

  • 20 minutes of intentional movement. Stretch. Walk. Lift.

  • Clean your space. Donate, throw away, clear.
